Job Summary:
We are seeking an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent customer service. This is a permanent, part-time position requiring a minimum of three 8-hour days per week (M, T, & F), day shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Enter order details accurately into the order entry system by following written instructions and procedures.
Verify customer information, process requirements and pricing.
Coordinate with the planning team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Self-check work for accuracy
